Return process

Quality of socks is checked during production as well as before it's shipped. We do our best to minimize any defects, however you might experience minor defects on your socks. Please understand that minor defects are normal and are not considered a valid request for return. Go through this minor defects article before proceeding with the return process. Also, only issues reported within 72 hours since delivery will be investigated.

In case you believe your socks are defective send an email with all information below to your account manager. We will happily assist you in resolving the issue.
